Meet Dizajen Mabaylan, the founder of @itshotdogtime, a proudly Filipino-Canadian food brand serving up innovative, gluten-free hotdogs to Albertans who crave bold, inclusive flavor.
Dizajen’s journey from domestic helper to successful entrepreneur is one of resilience and grit. After years of working multiple jobs and overcoming personal health challenges, including living with celiac disease, she created DJ Hotdogs—pure, high-quality hotdogs made without fillers, extenders, or gluten.
With a thriving distribution network and a vibrant food truck launched in 2021, Dizajen continues to reimagine what a hotdog can be, introducing unique flavors like Teriyaki, Blueberry, and Honey Garlic to communities across Alberta.
